We believe more of that value should stay closer to where coffee grows.

THE MISSION AHEAD OF US
SAVALION TRUE ORIGIN is a long-term initiative by SAVALION COFFEE to move more coffee value creation closer to origin.
Not by changing where coffee is grown.
But by changing where its value is created.
Our long-term vision is building a sustainable coffee eco system that keeps more of the value in coffee growing regions through growing, roasting and packaging in Africa - in Kenya.
This campaign is the first practical milestone of that JOURNEY:

Coffee is one of Africa's greatest exports.
Yet much of its economic value is still created thousands of kilometres away. We want to change that with your support.
By roasting and packaging coffee in Africa, we demonstrate that a different sustainable approach is possible.
One that keeps more knowledge, creates jobs, empowers women coffee farmers and brings value closer to where coffee begins, to the coffee growing communities.

Is there a limit to the number of Pre-Orders i can make?
No. You can make as many pre-orders as you like.
Where will the coffee be roasted?
In Kenya.
Where will it be packaged?
In Kenya.
Where does my order ship from?
Orders will be fulfilled from Germany after the coffee arrives from Kenya.
Will i still have to pay for shipping costs?
All Pre-orders for supporters from Germany are inclusive of:
- 7% Tax
-Shipping charges
For Pre-orders outside Germany, shipping charges are not included. That means extra to the pre-order shipping charges will apply which will be transparently communicated.
Why is production limited to only 1500kg
This is our first production run in Kenya which is designed to establish a stable and transparent production process before scaling.
Why not ship directly from Kenya?
For our first production, fulfillment from Germany allows us to provide a more reliable customer experience while still achieving our mission of roasting and packaging at origin.
When will I receive my coffee?
After production (roasting, packaging, import), you will receive regular updates and a shipping notification once your order is dispatched from Germany.
